The Experience
From Michelin Guide
This landmark of Sichuan cooking from Chengdu opened this outpost in Hangzhou in 2024. A Shikumen-style residence circa 1930s has been transformed into an elegant venue dripping in retro charm. In line with the brand’s ethos, two set menus highlight natural flavours and the 24 taste profiles of Sichuan cuisine with refined, well-crafted dishes. In addition, this branch uses ingredients that are uniquely local, such as river shrimp and eel from Qiantang River.
