Unique Things
From Visitor Experiences
- Secret Location and Arrival Ritual: Diners meet at Pairet’s other restaurant, Mr & Mrs Bund, and are then transported blindfolded to Ultraviolet’s undisclosed location, heightening anticipation and mystery.
- Multi-Sensory Immersive Dining: The restaurant employs advanced technology to synchronize visuals, sounds, scents, and even temperature with each course, creating a fully immersive, multi-sensory experience for only ten guests per seating.
- Bare, Windowless Dining Room: The dining table is set in a stark, windowless room devoid of decorations or paintings, designed to focus attention entirely on the sensory journey and the food itself.
