The head chef in this stylish little restaurant is André Kähler, whose modern, boldly creative set menu is full of beautifully expressive flavours. Each course comes with a small card explaining the inspiration behind it. The chic interior design and pleasantly relaxed and professional service team are also noteworthy. Tip: The small delicatessen corner where, for example, the wines served can be bought to enjoy at home. For a more casual alternative, head to O'ne, which proposes modern cuisine that puts the spotlight on local produce.
