The Experience
From Michelin Guide
A few minutes from Yverdon-les-Bains, this restaurant enjoys an ideal location overlooking Lake Neuchâtel. It has been run with passion and dedication by Maryline and Loïc Nozahic since 2007. Their simple and beautifully executed take on classic French cuisine is replete with forthright flavours and pronounced aromas and always in tune with the seasons. Example dishes include ballotine of rabbit with mustard seeds and Puy lentil royale. On sunny days, head to the shady, flower-decked terrace, with its magnificent views of the Jura Mountains. Good value for money and regional wines. An inviting establishment.
