The Experience

From Michelin Guide

Since July 2021, Lara and Maximilian Schocke have been breathing new life into St Laurentiushof. Lara, with her warm personality and astute wine recommendations, is in charge of service. Chef Maximilian creates ambitious dishes from the finest ingredients. The Maximum set menu comprises four to seven courses and can be made vegetarian by prior arrangement (three to four days' notice required). MaxPlus is a selection of further dishes available to substitute or supplement your chosen courses. House-baked sourdough bread can be purchased to take home (order in advance to pick up on Wed and Fri, or subject to availability). Most of the wines are sourced from the surrounding area.
