The Experience

We advise you to set off well in advance because the road, between hairpin bends climbing up the hillside, takes its time, until you reach the restaurant, forget about the journey and immerse yourself in the romantic rooms created from an old rustic cottage. With its entrance in the former stable, service takes place on the upper floor, once a hayloft, with a panoramic glass wall overlooking the valley, especially for the tables set closer together (there are only four in all, plus a small privé). At the cooker is Corrado Fasolato, a cook with long starred experience but always renewed enthusiasm. His dishes contain some regional references, but are fundamentally creative.

The whole-table tasting format
- Tasting menus are served to the entire table, with one menu choice per table, and the restaurant encourages selecting it when booking.
A dedicated vegetarian degustation
- Le Pacche is a full 9-course vegetarian menu, priced in line with the meat-and-fish options, built around produce from the restaurant’s farm.
A clear alternative to the surprise menus
- An à la carte option exists for guests who prefer more control, with a minimum of three courses and a set per-person price.

- Herbs and vegetables from Le Pacche farm: Aromatic herbs and vegetables grown by the restaurant’s own Azienda Agricola Le Pacche form the backbone of the kitchen’s flavours, running through meat, fish and vegetarian menus.
- Vegetables as centrepiece (Le Pacche): A full vegetarian tasting menu built around seasonal produce, structured like the main degustations rather than treated as an add-on.
