The Experience
From Michelin Guide
This restaurant is to be found on the upper floor of a former factory in a rather unlikely location not far from the railway station. The interior is chic and sophisticated; the open kitchen turns out modern dishes inspired by cuisines from around the world, but also by produce from Switzerland. The patisserie is a highlight! Professional and charming service. Tip: the clever alcohol-free drink pairings.

Dual dining concept: two-Michelin-star Skin's and Skin's – The Kitchen lunch program
- Skin's runs as a two Michelin-starred restaurant, but also operates Skin's – The Kitchen, a daily lunch service (Tue–Fri) prepared by the same two-star team, with take-away options and a policy of no lunch table reservations; pre-ordering helps minimize waste.
Open kitchen in a former industrial space
- The dining experience takes place in an open kitchen where dishes are prepared live, inside a venue housed in a former industrial space that blends industrial character with contemporary fine dining.
Planned Saturday lunch openings and limited schedule
- In addition to dinner service, Skin's opens for lunch on selected Saturdays (first Saturday of every month in 2025), including dates such as 4 October 2025 and 1 November 2025.
