Trendy and elegant Schattbuch is a firm fixture in the Allgäu fine dining scene. The kitchen team led by Sebastian Cihlars prepares modern dishes, always staying true to the region and consistently using high-quality ingredients. Finesse and a down-to-earth attitude go hand in hand. In the evening, there are two menus (one of them vegetarian) and a small à la carte selection. At lunchtime, in addition to more affordable daily specials, you can also order from the evening menu. Restaurant manager Christian Marz adds his personal flair to the friendly atmosphere and service that's both casual and expertly delivered. Head for the terrace in summer.
