San Martino
Treviglio, Italy

The Experience
From Michelin Guide
The great, classic and elegant restaurant to feel good and spend a memorable evening: this is San Martino, the eulogy of a timeless restaurant at whose tables one would always want to take a seat. There are two souls: in the dining room Paolo Colleoni, with his unstoppable enthusiasm and profound knowledge, with the right word for every customer, conveys joy and well-being; at the cooker Stefano Locatelli, at ease both with the restaurant's historical dishes (with a starred history now stretching back ten years) and with the latest creations. He has always been a reference for fish, starting with the legendary plateau royal; meat dishes, however, are not to be overlooked, nor is the extraordinary cheese trolley. Lots of French wines, with remarkable tastings by the glass.
