The Experience
From Michelin Guide
Experienced Chef-Owner Andrea Camastra hails from Puglia, lives in Poland and has a passion for Asian cuisine. All three of these have an influence over the tasting menus at his clever and original restaurant – and the kitchen team carry off all the combinations of flavours and styles with aplomb. Go for the 'Maestro' menu and accompany it with a 'Polish', 'Funky' or 'Jazzy' wine pairing – names which match the the vibe, the jazz-inspired murals and the soundtrack. In a unique touch, inspired by his degree in Chemistry from Oxford, Andrea even has an on-site lab for testing out his creations.
