Located on an industrial estate, this restaurant has a modern and inviting feel. In the evening, the team led by Peter Wirbel – a talented chef who has made a name for himself in the area – serves up finely balanced dishes packed with flavour, using local produce wherever possible. Tuesdays feature an eight-course surprise amuse-bouche menu, and from Wednesday to Saturday, you can order the midi set menu which has four to seven courses. The waitstaff are very friendly and well trained – the chef is also on hand to elucidate his culinary concept. Tip: tasty treats to take home are on sale at the Biosphärenmarkt.
