The Experience
From Michelin Guide
Who would expect to find a restaurant like this in the small town of Frasdorf? This place may be a little out of the way, but the talent and ambition of the young chef definitely make a visit worthwhile. Comprising five, six or eight courses, the set menu presents carefully considered dishes with their own unique flair, incorporating influences from all over the world, from France to Asia to New Zealand. The quality of the ingredients is beyond question. The seasonal Bavarian venison served with a pepper curry, for example, is delicious, not to mention the exquisite desserts. Fantastic wine list. The wine pairings and non-alcoholic alternatives are highly recommended for the set menu. The experience is rounded off by the friendly and obliging waitstaff, as well as the attractive modern setting.
