Local chef Michael Caines is behind this tastefully restored Grade II listed Georgian house, which sits in peaceful grounds dotted with sculptures. In summer, the pretty veranda makes the perfect place for a drink before you enjoy the sophisticated, well-balanced cooking. Michael's experience and abundant technical skill shine through in classical dishes elevated by his fine judgement and exceptional produce – such as Sladesdown duck with an exemplary jus providing great complexity of flavour. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished and some even come with a firepit and hot tub.

- Signature Tasting Menu (8 courses): £255 per person. Available at lunch and dinner. A signature experience featuring some of Michael Caines’ most iconic dishes.
- Estuary Tasting Menu (7 courses): £239 per person. Available at dinner. A dedicated tasting celebrating the estuary, using carefully selected seafood suppliers.
- Taste of the Estuary Tasting Menu (Pool House): £239 per person. 7 courses. Dine at the Pool House with a seafood tasting drawn from the Bay of Lyme and the South West coastline.
- Signature Tasting Menu with a Champagne Apéritif (Pool House): £280 per person. Includes a glass of Blanc de Blanc Champagne followed by Michael’s signature eight-course tasting menu.
- Lunch Menu – Michael’s Signature Eight Course Tasting Menu: £255 per person. Available during lunch service.
