The Experience
From Michelin Guide
Located near Maurice Ravel Park, this minimalist-style restaurant with a touch of elegance is run by chef-patron Dany Cerf. Hailing from French-speaking Switzerland, he previously cooked up a storm under Jean-Claude Bourgueil and at renowned establishments such as the Baur au Lac in Zurich. He and partner Nicole Bänder opened Le Flair in 2014. Modern, pared-down dishes made using select ingredients are available as a set menu or à la carte. There are also appealing sharing options. With great dedication, the proprietress heads up the friendly and adept service team. Head straight for the fabulous terrace in summer.
