The Experience

From Michelin Guide

Using fresh fish caught that day, seasonal vegetables and local olive oil, Marko Gajski skilfully combines Dalmatian ingredients with Asian influences, French techniques (sauces) and fermented produce. His dishes are harmonious and beautifully prepared, the service is very professional, and the setting delightful, with an elegant dining room on the first floor and a summer outdoor space just a stone’s throw from the water offering fine views of the sea and the islands. The restaurant’s iconic dishes, which always feature on the tasting menu, include prawn gyoza with a mousseline sauce and daikon – a justly famous dish that is attractive and skilfully designed. A vegetarian menu is also available.
