Krone
Saint Moritz, Switzerland

The Experience
From Michelin Guide
This long-established restaurant is located in a quiet street a stone's throw from the town centre. With its dark blue fabrics, warm wood finishings and antler chandeliers, the interior is at once upscale and warm and welcoming. The exceedingly friendly service team led by Fabio Rovisi also deserves a mention – charming, efficient and highly organised, they cater to their diners' every need. In the semi-open kitchen, the chefs prepare modern dishes with a strong Italian influence, while also incorporating classic elements. Risotto with horseradish, snails, cashew and raspberry, or scampi with porcini, almonds, wild strawberries and parsley are just two examples of their delicate and elegant creations. There is a five- or seven-course set menu, as well as an à la carte selection.
