Since opening its doors over 10 years ago, its ethos has revolved around simple cooking methods such as steaming, slow-cooking and sautéing to accentuate the ingredients' natural flavours and therapeutic properties. Their three lacto-ovo vegetarian menus comprise over 10 courses, and all can be made vegan upon request.
