Unique Things
From Visitor Experiences
What sets it apart:
- A small, intimate basement room, with a set-menu format that changes frequently.
- Two ways to eat, the full set menu of around nine servings, or a shorter four-course option at the bar counter midweek.
- Pairing-first drinks thinking, with a dedicated wine pairing, non-alcoholic options, and a list that leans heavily into grower Champagne.
Ingredient Stars
From Visitor Experiences
Signature ingredients and anchors of the kitchen:
- Seafood as the menu backbone, treated with clean sauces and sharp, citrus-led finishes.
- Seasonal produce, used for structure and freshness rather than garnish.
- Citrus, used as acidity and perfume across savoury courses.
- Spice, used for heat and aromatic lift, not sweetness or fuss.
- Grower Champagne and a tight wine selection, built to match the set menu pacing.
