Your dedicated hosts, Lisa Gasser and Harald Irka, run this culinary gem with their outstanding team led by sommelier Marina Kühlinger. The cuisine of the owner and his sous-chef Jan Gollinger artfully marries creativity with seasonal produce and classical foundations. Both regional and international ingredients are expertly prepared, exemplified in dishes such as ikejime salmon trout with watermelon, tomato and aromatic blossoms, as well as in timeless classics: pike quenelles with pumpkin, capellini and Nantua sauce – each displaying a masterful balance of refined lightness and robust flavours. The surprise menu, which can be booked online as a combination or individual ticket, comes in five or seven courses. A five-course lunch is served on Sundays.
