With its industrial-style architecture, loft feel and elegant, upmarket interior, Elements is a chic restaurant in the historical Zeitenströmung building complex. Run by Martina and Stephan Mießner, he heads up the kitchen; she is in charge of the friendly and smooth front-of-house service. Once the staff area of the former turbine factory, the spacious room boasts floor-to-ceiling arched windows, lovely floorboards and a high open ceiling. The dishes are pleasantly well defined and pared down, with plenty of bold flavours and finesse – opt for the Chef's Menu or put together your own menu from additional offerings. Lovely terrace on Times Square. DELI offers a more casual alternative from noon.
