The most striking thing about this restaurant housed in an industrial loft in the Salesas district of the city is how it embodies Vitoria-born chef Diego Guerrero's determination to be free to create, to surprise and to break down the barriers around our personal comfort zones. The high-ceilinged interior has a relaxed feel with its exposed brick walls, retro design features, internal patio and an open-view kitchen that maximises the connection between the chefs and their customers. There’s also an annexe (DSPOT Studio & Events) dedicated to creativity, research and event planning. Thanks to his different approach, the chef showcases the evolution of cuisine, through set menus (Dtaste, Dstage and Denjoy) that offer a fun culinary journey around the world, fusing all kinds of ingredients and creating incredible trompe l’oeil effects.
