The Experience

From Michelin Guide

The elegant Atlantic Restaurant is entirely in keeping with the Hanseatic flair of the luxe Hotel Atlantic by the banks of the River Alster. Using excellent ingredients, chef Fokke Mick proposes the set menu, Identité, alongside its vegetarian counterpart, Flora – in both cases, diners choose from four to seven courses. In addition, there is a three-course menu for two people with the restaurant's classics, such as lobster bisque and whole sole. The appealing classic decor provides a perfectly fitting setting. Last but not least, the front-of-house team is experienced, extremely cordial and professional.
