The design is elegant and sleek, and the service is professional yet pleasingly informal and charming – there's no need to be intimidated by three-star cuisine here! The dishes are impressively innovative, occasionally surprising and feature remarkably bold combinations. Named New Discovery and My Solidarity, the set menus feature exciting dishes such as Saibling char and its caviar with yellow carrot, shiso and miso, or pigeon à l'étouffée, bean and preserved lemon. The hallmark of Sven Elverfeld's style is clear – he has a knack for presenting complex dishes with apparent ease. To sum up: This place is all about eating, experiencing and enjoying!
