The Experience

This spacious, bright and simply decorated restaurant is set within the vaulted basement of a delightful 17C building close to Nyhavn harbour and is filled with huge, well-spaced tables. The set tasting menu uses ingredients of exceptional quality in confidently cooked, harmonious dishes which showcase finesse, depth and sublime, clearly defined flavours. It comes as little surprise that the wine list is excellent too.
