The Experience

A lift takes you up to the fine dining restaurant of the Backstage Hotel. After a relaxed aperitif on the comfortable couch stationed beneath an originally designed chandelier made up of musical instruments, you can look forward to a creative surprise menu composed of four to seven courses, which is prepared in the open kitchen by Florian Neubauer's dedicated team. You will be handed a menu listing some of the main ingredients of the evening – it's up to you to just choose the number of courses! The modern and elegant interior is brimming over with artworks – this is the hallmark of the owner, artist and hotelier Heinz Julen. The centrally positioned fireplace also adds atmosphere. You might like to opt for one of the dishes given the finishing touch at your table!

After Seven is a Michelin starred restaurant on the third floor of the Backstage Hotel in Zermatt. Dinner is served as a creative surprise menu in five or six courses, with an optional additional cheese course, and seating from 19:30.
